The Lounge and Dining area are open plan design.

The carpeted Lounge contains two sumptuous sofas designed for total relaxation for those times when it is all too hectic at the Theme Parks.

The Dining area contains a large family sized dining table with ample room for 6 people. The computer desk is also located in the dining room with free high speed, Wireless internet access.

The Family room has two comfortable sofas. It has a remote controlled cable TV, VCR and DVD. Patio doors lead from this room to the poolside.

The very large fully-equipped kitchen also provides breakfast seating for at least 4.

The utility room, off the rear hallway, contains a full-size washing machine and tumble drier plus an iron and ironing board.

The Master bedroom features a Queen-size bed, dressing table, nightstands, large walk-in wardrobe and a safe for your valuables. It also has a remote controlled cable TV/DVD.

The master bathroom provides a corner bath, twin vanity units, toilet and separate shower unit.

The three remaining bedrooms share a bathroom.
All bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes. Both childrens rooms have TV/VCR with bunk beds featuring a lower full bed with a single above. There is a Sony Playstation 2 in one of the children's rooms and an Xbox in the other.

The screened decking area contains a Sparkling and large, south facing pool measuring 30' by 9' which can be electrically heated if required. And an 8 seater hot tub, which can be heated by gas if required.

The deck is fully furnished. and provides an ideal spot to relax in the florida sunshine whilst the children use the pool.
