The carpeted Lounge contains two sumptuous sofas designed for total relaxation for those times when it is all too hectic at the Theme Parks.

With a dining area containing a large family sized dining table. The computer desk is also located in the dining room with free WiFi and computer for free guest use.

An additional family room has two comfortable sofas. It has a remote controlled cable TV and DVD. Patio doors lead from this room to the poolside.

Connected to the family room is a very large fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast table and a utility room, with laundry facilities for your use, opposite this utility room is a cloakroom with washroom facilities.

During your stay shut yourself from the world in the Villa's Master bedroom featuring a Queen-size bed, dressing table, nightstands, large walk-in wardrobe and a safe for your valuables. It also has a remote controlled cable TV/DVD perfect for those relaxing evenings.

The master bathroom (located off the master bedroom) provides a corner bath, twin vanity units, toilet and separate shower unit.

The three remaining bedrooms share a bathroom.

All bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes.

Both childrens rooms include a TV, bunk beds with a lower full/double bed with a single/twin above and a Sony Playstation 2 and XBox for free guest use.

After your busy day at the parks return to your privately screened decking area with a large refreshing, south facing pool which can be electrically heated if required.

This area also includes an 8 seater in-ground Spa, which is heated by gas and remotely controlled an ideal spot to relax in the florida sunshine whilst the children use the pool.
